✨ Mini Convention at St. Stephen’s Luzira C.O.U – A Day of Worship, Teaching & Fellowship

On Sunday, 4th May 2025, the vibrant community of St. Stephen’s Luzira Church of Uganda hosted a spiritually enriching Mini Convention, drawing believers from various walks of life into a time of worship, teaching, prayer, and fellowship.
The convention sought to stir hearts and rekindle faith among the congregation, aligning every believer with the calling and mission of Christ in their personal lives, families, and ministries.

Uplifting Worship:
The convention opened with a powerful session of praise and worship led by the church choir and visiting worship teams. Songs of surrender, thanksgiving, and renewal filled the sanctuary as the congregation lifted their voices to the Lord. -
Anointed Teaching & Preaching:
Seasoned ministers and speakers shared transformative messages centered on spiritual renewal, commitment to service, and walking faithfully in God’s purpose. Scripture was mainly from the Diocesan Theme 2025 “Job 8:20” -

Testimonies & Encouragement: Several members of the congregation testified about God’s faithfulness, healing, and provision. These stories deeply encouraged all in attendance, affirming that God is still at work in the lives of His people.

Moments of Prayer & Impartation:
Special sessions of intercession were held, praying for the church, families, the youth, and the nation. An altar call for those seeking a deeper walk with God drew many forward, and a special prayer of commissioning was pronounced upon all who were ready to recommit their lives to Christ’s mission. -
Fellowship & Refreshments:
After the spiritual nourishment, attendees enjoyed light refreshments and spent time connecting with one another in love and joy—building bonds of Christian unity and encouragement.
