Welcoming you or your child into the family of God.
Baptism is the sacrament through which we are welcomed into the body of Christ and His Church. At Kansanga we baptise infants presented by believing parents, as well as adults coming to faith.
Baptisms are usually held during Sunday services so the whole church family can welcome the newly baptised. Speak with the clergy and we will guide you through the preparation.
What you'll need
- A completed application below
- Parents/guardians who are practising Christians (for infant baptism)
- One or more godparents / sponsors
- A short preparation meeting with the clergy
For infant baptism, at least one godparent should be a confirmed communicant.
