St. Apollo Kivebulaya COU, Kansanga Parish, celebrated Boys and Girls Brigade Founder’s Day 2026 on 4 October, marking 139 years of advancing Christ’s Kingdom through faith, discipline, leadership and service among young people.
St. Apollo Kivebulaaya Church of Uganda, Kansanga Parish, came alive on Sunday, 4 October 2026, as the Boys and Girls Brigade gathered to commemorate Founder’s Day 2026 and celebrate 139 years of advancing Christ’s Kingdom.
The celebration brought together Brigade members, church leaders, clergy, parents, supporters and well-wishers for a memorable occasion that highlighted the Brigade’s enduring commitment to faith, discipline, service and Christian formation among young people.
The event featured a colorful display of Brigade traditions, including a disciplined parade and ceremonial procession by the boys and girls, demonstrating the values of order, commitment and teamwork that continue to define the ministry.
Celebrating a Legacy of Christian Service
